Job Description:

Our client are one of Austria's most exciting and innovative IT consultancies based in Vienna. They are now looking to expand their already highly talented team of specialists and are looking for a DevOps Engineer that has knowledge of AWS Cloud to join them on a long term project.
Your daily tasks will be to:
- Review and detail AWS Cloud Solution Design to Software Design
- Coordinate an agile team of DevOps & DataOps engineers
- to selection of AWS technological components
- Elaborate DevOps & Data Ops User stories for sprint planning
Implement analytical Architecture in Cloud, including:
o Automated Data Pipe from S3 buckets to NonSQL DBs and other analytical
Applications
o Divide Components into deployable MicroServices
o Establish Code versioning
o Implement steps for continuous automated deployment
o Connect all MicroServices to security
o Configure Userroles and technical Users
- Implement solutions based on AWS Cloud stack .
- Ensures efficient environment management in development-, test- and production environments
- Providing an efficient delivery pipeline, covering build-, deployment- and test-automation as well as provisioning of infrastructure components in cloud infrastructures
- Supports colleagues and users in deploying and configuring theirs services (container+apis) on the platform
- Drive integration between services and components
- Work as part of an agile delivery team (Kanban)
Ideally you have the following experience:
- Profound experience in building up AWS DevOPS, certification as AWS DevOps engineer is a must.
- Active experience with cloud concepts and -providers, virtualization and Containerization (mainly AWS)
- Very strong knowledge of NonSQL / SQL open source databases available in AWS
- Good knowledge of at least one programming language (preferably Python)
- Knowledge of Unix Operating Systems, preferably Linux based
- Experience in agile development (Scrum, Kanban).
- Knowledge of contemporary collaboration tools (e.g. Confluence, Jira).
- Very good command of English. German is a bonus
