Job Description:

As part of your daily role you will be expected to:
- Provide the coordination and documentation of business requirements for group, company-wide or customer-specific applications in direct coordination with stakeholders at our customers in the respective departments
- Make an initial economic and technical assessment of the requirement
- Provide the creation, detailing and validation of functional specifications in an interdisciplinary service team (service / product owner, (senior) business analyst, (senior) developer, tester) and possibly in operational management
- Provide the cooperation in agile software development processes as well as classic V-model processes
- Contribute to the creation and demonstration of proposed solutions by taking into account the economic, architectural and infrastructural aspects
- Identify, create and / or bring about alternative proposed solutions for non-feasible / non-sensible requirements
- Be responsible for the quality of your own requirement / specification
You have the following skills and experience:
- A min. 3 years of experience in the implementation of business analyzes and in the creation of the associated documentation
- Project experience with internet and intranet portals, customer self-service portals, web shops, central services (such as identity management, DAM solutions, etc.) and the integration of 3rd party solutions (such as payment providers, card services, etc.)
- Microsoft Office, Atlassian Confluence, Atlassian Jira
- As the project language is German you must speak it fluently to level C1
