Job Description:

Our client are a leading IT consultancy based in the heart of Vienna and supply some of Europe’s top banking institutions with capable and client focussed consultants. Due to project growth they now have an opportunity for a PMO member in IT-Service-Management to join them on a contract basis.

Your daily tasks will be to:

• Support in the administration of IT projects Creation of different Reports (finance, project status, testing)
• Provide the preparation of meetings and status processing for project managers

You have the following skills:

• Project Management Office related to IT Service Management (ITSM, ITIL)
• Basic knowledge of common project management methods (waterfall, agile)
• Good user knowledge of the MS Office package as well as planning / project management tools
• Good presentation skills

Additional information:

• Based in Vienna, full time onsite.
• The project language is in German and English
